AdvicePro is a secure, internet-based application which can be accessed by office workers, home and outreach workers without the need for software installation, updates or backups. It is certainly safer than paper files, and more secure than PC-based systems!

Developed by AdviceUK in partnership with the Law Centres Federation and Resolution Case Management, it sets the standard for casework management, based on industry best practice including the principles of the Common Financial Statement (CFS) from the Money Advice Trust and the British Bankers Association.

Specialist versions extend AdvicePro's capabilities, covering debt and immigration casework, the specialist requirements of Student Union advisors and the filing stipulations of the Legal Services Commission (LSC).

AdvicePro Standard users can design and customise their own reports from any of the data held in the sytem, while ultimate flexibility is provided by AdvicePro Custom, which allows agency managers to define their own data fields and include this unique information in their own custom reports. This feature allows agencies to extend the capabilities of AdvicePro to meet their individual data and reporting requirements.

AdvicePro Essential is the simple, affordable solution to managing caseloads for smaller agencies, without as much flexibility as other versions, but with a range of standard reports that meet the requirements of the DTI's Face to Face debt advice project and the Scottish Executive's financial inclusion reporting requirements.
