About us

AdvicePro has been developed by a partnership of AdviceUK and ACM Solutions. Between us, we have many years of relevant experience in the advice sector.

AdviceUK is a national membership organisation for independent advice centres with members throughout the UK, from small volunteer-run services to large-scale national advice organisations. Its members provide specialist advice in areas including housing, money and debt, drugs and alcohol, consumer rights, immigration and nationality, and HIV/AIDS.

Advanced Case Management Solutions provides technical support and development services for AdvicePro. In addition, Customer Services operations provide telephone and internet helpdesk support. For the independent advice sector, our team have been developing secure web-based money advice and case management applications since 2006. Our vision is to become the market standard for case management software in the voluntary advice sector.
